From ssunderland_2848 at fuse.net Thu Jan 5 09:33:20 2006 From: ssunderland_2848 at fuse.net (Stefanie Sunderland) Date: Thu, 5 Jan 2006 09:33:20 -0500 Subject: [Northside CPOP] Reminder - CPOP Meeting In-Reply-To: <10654849.1136464321422.JavaMail.root@webmail2> Message-ID: <20060105143320.KGRQ24344.gx6.fuse.net@sas> Skip, I have a CNCURC meeting that will prevent me from attending tonight's meeting. One thing I hope CPOP will begin to think about is when the team would like to request that Public Services deliver the super-toters approved in the last SCNF grant so we can deliver them to residents on Fergus Street. The grant approved a total of 60; 30 for Fergus and 30 for Block Watch 45223's area. Although they will be distributed in the neighborhood the toters will continue to belong to the city. I have a copy of form letter that was given to the owners of properties for their signature that describes how the toters must remain with the building it has been assigned to. Before the toters are distributed the owner has to agree to keep the toter at the assigned property and the address is written on the toters in indelible ink. We do not have to accept all 60 at the same time and will need a safe place to store those delivered until distribution. Please keep me informed about tonight's meeting and about updates on the cameras.
