To all artists participating in Saturday's event--Here is the final
list--you should set up in your assigned space.  I believe you will have
customers regardless of location.  The area in front of KFC is off limits.
They have been unfriendly toward our group in the past.  In fact you should
not even park you car in their lot--even just to unload.  They have towed
cars right under our noses before and will likely do it again.

Once again I'd like to remind you that 10% of your profits is due at the end
of the sale.  No up front money is necesssary.  Be sure to bring your own
table and chairs or other displays.  You must keep you space as close to the
building as possible so foot traffic may pass by easily.  Also please do not
block entrances to any apartments or businesses.  Canopies will not fit on
the sidewalk.  I will be located in front of Sidewinder to answer questions
and collect fees.

Please bring one peace of work that you would like to display down at
Pridefest.  Bill Abney has generously comped us a booth.  This should draw
people's attention to what is going on up the avenue.  Ursula Roma will work
there but will not collect any money.  If a customer wants to buy the peice
displayed, she will send him to you and he will pay you for it.  Be prepared
to write out a receipt so she knows that you have received you money.

Set up begins at 9:30, sale begins at 11 and lasts till 5 or until you sell
out or poop out!  If I have forgotten anyone please come see me at
Sidewinder in the morning. There is plenty of space on the other side of the
street.
