[Art] art sale line up

Hey guys!  Don't worry!  I have all your apps and more.  I will send out the
final line up tomorrow.  People are still calling and asking to participate
so I am waiting till the last minute.  The plan is to set up on the west
side of Hamilton ave. all the way down to the festival.  If there are more
artists than can fit, we'll use the other side as well.  We just want to be
where the action is.  Bill Abney who organizes Pridefest has generously
offered to comp us a booth where we can each place an item so that people
will be aware of what is happening up the street.  Ursula Roma will be at
the booth, but will not be responsible for selling your items.  Rather she
will send a prospective buyer directly to you.  If the buyer would like to
purchase the item displayed in her booth, then they will pay you, and you
should write out a receipt so she knows you've been payed.

I am curious to know if anyone wishes to set up on Sunday.  The parade will
start at Burnet Woods and end at Hoffner Park.  I believe they will go all
the way up too Chase and circle around to Hoffner, so people will be along
the street to watch and maybe to buy.  Please let me know so I can plan my
day.  I will need a responsible person to collect 10% on that day as I have
another obligation.
