[Art] birdhouses

I am forwarding this message because I thought some of you might be 
interested. I know no more than what is here.

All -

I have 15 blank, white, cardboard birdhouses designed by local designer 
(Dave Allen of Jaap-Orr). It is a brand new "green" product.


I would like to get the birdhouses to creative people who might want to 
embellish them and then bring them back to MiCA 12/v for a silent 
auction at the end of the month (Final Friday 5/30/08). We are hoping to 
get around 30 birdhouses and show them/silent auction them in some of 
the Gateway Quarter retail locations (MiCA12/v, Metronation, OUTSIDE, 
Park+Vine). 100% of the proceeds would go to Over-the-Rhine Community 
Housing.


They will be available at MiCA 12/v tomorrow Friday 5/9/08 (there's also 
a stack of them at the Pendleton Art Studios). I would need the 
birdhouses back by Thursday 5/29/08 for the auction/show.


If you or anyone you know might want to participate in this worthwhile 
project, please let me know. I can mail them out to those of you outside 
the 275 loop.
