WHAT'S COOKING...
Chicory Salad + Sesame Dressing
3/4 c roasted sesame seeds
3/4 c water
2 1/4 tsp brown rice vinegar
1 1/2 T tamari
1/2 T barley malt
8 c washed, dried + chopped fresh chicory or endive (10-12 oz. chicory or 1 large
head endive)
In blender or food processor, process the seeds until well crushed. Add the water,
vinegar, tamari + barley malt + blend.
Place the chicory in a large bowl, add dressing.
Toss well + serve immediately. Enjoy!
