Now for the details:

The sale is indoors in an L shaped reception hall.  I believe we can
accommodate everyone comfortably but please be understanding and work w/each
other so we best use the space.  I will be there at 9am to start guiding
people into locations.  Presentation is everything so please don't focus
just on your work but how your area looks from all sides.  Work w/ your
neighbors!  

 

Load in is from 9am-11am - sale starts at 11.  Please bring your own
tables(no need for chairs- there are plenty there), lights, extension cords,
power cords, etc.  If you think you might need it - throw it in the car.
Better safe than sorry! 

 

For you newbies... We don't charge anything to set up but we do ask that you
donate 10% of sales back to the group for advertising for this and future
events.   The more we sell, the more we have to advertise, the more people
show up next time, the more we sell.....

 

It is best that you park in the Lingo Lot(pay lot/$2 all day/corner of
Hamilton & Lingo/ 1 block N of Knowlton) after you load in.  There are
spaces next to & in front of the building to load in but we should leave
those for customers during the event.  As long as there is not a visitation
at the funeral home across the street we can use their lot for customer
parking as well.
